Poor Farfalle

I went to groceries today and buy farfalle (yay!). I was so excited till I boil the pasta and... I have no idea how cook a good farfalle. I even run out my spaghetti's sauces. So I made my own recipes and that's surprisingly good. At least for me.

Ingredients:
  • Farfalle
  • Onion
  • Milk, about a cup
  • One-packed butter
  • White pepper
  • Cheese for topping
  • Mayo or tomato sauce is a must
So this is how I cooked.
  1. Boiled the farfalle about 10 minutes or so. Notice the middle pasta cause they're hard to be soft
  2. Heat the butter, add onion. Then add farfalle, white pepper, stir well.
  3. Add the milk, stir well.
  4. Serve with grated cheese, mayo and sauce.
P.s.
I wonder if that's really good or I was just so hungry.

Rozen Soda

Bahan:
  • Es sirup rozen yang dibekukan jadi es
  • Air soda
  • Es batu
  • Sirup
Semuanya dimasukin ke blender. Niat awalnya sih bikin semacem margarita (efek nonton How I Met Your Mother) tapi berhubung margarita pake tequila dan liquor dan gue bisa dipelototin kalo beli bir buat substitute, gue pake soda (bocah banget).

Rasanya?
Nggak enak. Gue bikin takarannya kurang pas. Terlalu manis dan sodanya kurang greget malah jadi keliatan buih-buih cucian. Tapi gue yakin kalo takarannya pas pasti enak. Mungkin.

Bugya's Choco Banana Shake

I'm weird, so I made a little try with juice as usual. I thought it would be the weirdest juice/milkshake I ever made but it's surprisingly yummy. It's easy to made.
  • Low-fat vanilla milk. You can use liquid or powder, it's all the same to me.
  • One banana
  • A cup of water
  • Little bit sugar
  • Some ice cube, of course
And mix it! Then after the milkshake blended perfectly, add the topping.
  • Oreo (I use two pieces)
  • Four bar of chocolate (you can use almond chocolate, milk chocolate or anything)
It's yummy! I don't know whether it's really good damn delicioso or it's that feelings when you made your own recipe and proud to yourself as the inventor of brilliant milkshake. Ha ha ha good luck anyway.

Cute Bento

Cute bento. I guess it just too cute to be eaten later.
Anyway I'm going to hospitality, tourism & travel college by Monday. Maybe I could meet someone from Kitchen class to make it for me LOL.

Chicken Boneless Fussili Without Oil.

Sometimes there's a time when I really do enjoy to cook. My meal, or maybe for my brother or whoever wants to eat. Sometimes I just go downstair and playing in the kitchen just because I want to cook something, with or without apetite (2 out of 8 actually).
I made this food, Chicken Boneless Fussili Without Oil. Sound weird, huh? It is. It feels like a five star hotel's chef when I made this. When I ate this, it tastes very delicious. Remember, hungry is the best spice for every chef no matter how fool they are in cooking.
It's pretty easy to make this. You just need:
1. A fussili, of course.
2. Boneless chicken, chop it. Square is good (at least it would be better than mine)
3. Fresh tomato, chop chop.
4. Seasoning: pepper, salt, onion, cooking oil and sesame oil.
So after you make your fussili al dente, you have to make the sauce. But I don't. That's not even a sauce. I don't know how will it taste in your mouth but I made my own recipe (it sounds like I'm the expert ha ha). Stir-fry the onion with cooking oil. Add the chicken with tomato, pepper and salt, don't forget the sesame oil. Trust me, it doesn't taste like Chinese-food.
It's ready. Served with fussili.
Eat that.
Not so good? Sure it is!
I always said hungry is the best spice.
